Over the last few months the Harbur Team have been working diligently with the Heads of Planning and Urban Regeneration at Manchester City Council in connection with a very sensitive development site in Northenden. The site is seen by the council as a gateway development for the area and the subsequent regeneration of Northenden over the next five to ten years.

Accordingly the Harbur Team have undertaken some very delicate discussions which they have steered to a very positive outcome indeed. The Team is now aiming to start the construction for their client within the next quarter. The final scheme is expected to be for 16 apartments and some ground floor retail as shown in the sketch.
